Management

Vestry & AGM Minutes

The spiritual oversight and management of St Mary's involves many people working together in unity.

Annual General Meetings of Church Members occur each year during Feb/Mar for designated leaders to report and recommend and for the congregation to recommend, discuss and decide on matters of importance. We keep an up-to-date "electoral roll" of those who are eligible to vote on such occasions. To check if you are on this roll or to discuss about joining it please contact us.

Management Committee (Vestry)

The People's Warden and the Vestry (formerly the Management Committee) are (re)elected at the Annual General Meeting. The church wardens and priest attend vestry meetings with the elected reps. The vestry oversee the spiritual and physical welfare of St Mary's. They meet monthly (usually on the 3rd Wednesday evening) and as necessary delegate responsibilities for particular matters to individuals or small groups. Minutes of recent meetings are posted below. They are also available for inspection in the "minute book" usually located on a table in the foyer of St Mary's.
